Philosophy & vision

Designing with
intention.

I believe good design is invisible. My work sits at the intersection of rigorous research and human empathy — creating products people don't have to think about.

About me

Hi, I'm Kasia

I'm a UX Designer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in complex enterprise and B2B systems.

My background is a bit unusual for a designer — I studied Technical Physics. That scientific training taught me to love logic, systems thinking, and structural order. Because of this, I don’t just "paint" pretty interfaces in Figma; I architect them like structural systems.

To stay efficient and keep my head clear for strategy, I love using modern AI workflows (like Obsidian combined with Claude Code) to automate the boring stuff — like sorting through hours of user interview notes or mapping out technical requirements.

When I'm not tweaking Figma variables or talking to users, you can usually find me on the dance floor (I'm a B international class ballroom dancer), traveling, or practicing martial arts.

Expertise

Core DNA

UX Research

Deep, qualitative interviews and usability tests with real users — even in tough, niche domains like fintech and commodities trading.

UX Design

I create low- and high-fidelity mockups to shape a product that fits the user as closely as possible.

UI Design

I craft high-quality, modern interfaces with a strong eye for detail and hierarchy.

Design Systems

Building shared libraries in Figma using Advanced Auto Layout, nested components, and variables. I also work fluently with ready-made libraries like shadcn/ui.

AI Tools

Crafting personal productivity loops with Obsidian and Claude Code — not just to stay on top of complex project documentation, but also to build simple products and prototypes with AI.

Toolbox

The Arsenal

A precision-engineered collection of tools and methods I reach for every day.
